We love Costco: we’re Executive Members & proud of it, too. Did you know that Costco offers an impressive choice of quality organic, vegan and gluten-free products? Well, they do.

Over the years, with a little help from our garden, we’ve taken many of these fine Costco products and added our own spin, making them, in our view anyway, even more delicious.

Frozen Gluten-Free Pizza
Transform Sabatazzo's gluten-free cheese and tomato frozen pizza. Slow fry some sliced mushrooms, sliced onions and chopped kale in olive oil and tamari. Slice up one or two of your freshly picked tomatoes; and if you like, add some thinly-sliced Kirkland organic chicken sausage. Layer all these toppings (the tomatoes should be thinly sliced & raw) over your pizza & pop it in your pre-heated 425º oven for 10-12 minutes. What a fantastic mix of toppings for your basic gluten-free pizza!

Frozen Gluten-free Spinach-Stuffed Ravioli
Man, this ravioli is surprisingly good. But when you add your own freshly-made pesto, it is fantastico! BTW, Costco’s Kirkland pesto is tasty & piquant, a good substitute for your made-personally-by-yourself stuff.
